Yonder Hills Oasis started as a disc golf property in the Palouse Hills outside St. John, Washington. It's becoming something much more.
We believe rural land can be more than scenery. It can be a place where people develop real skills, build real things, and create real economic opportunity — for themselves and for their communities.
This project is for people who love to learn. Whether that's mastering a disc golf course, growing food, building with natural materials, understanding solar systems, or figuring out how to live with less and do more — if you're curious, hands-on, and always asking "how does that work?" — you'll fit here.
34 acres of private rolling land in the Palouse Hills near St. John, WA. Already home to a 27-hole disc golf course, camping, and the bones of something much bigger. We're restoring habitat, planting native species, and building infrastructure that will serve this community for generations.
Every membership plants trees. Every sponsorship builds something tangible.
