Yonder Hills Oasis is located on a fourth-generation family farm that has been stewarded by the same family since 1916. Guests are encouraged to enjoy the unique character of the property while respecting neighboring farms, agricultural operations, wildlife, and ongoing stewardship projects.
The property is located in the heart of the Palouse and surrounded by active agricultural land. Seasonal farming activities may occur in the surrounding area throughout the year. Most guests find the property peaceful, with quiet days, dark skies, and calm evenings.
To help maintain a comfortable experience for all guests, pets are allowed only with prior approval. Please contact us before bringing a dog or other animal to the property.
Yonder Hills Oasis offers overnight and weekly stays for self-contained vehicles. While we strive to provide a peaceful environment, guests should expect occasional property maintenance, improvement projects, and normal farm activities.
A portable restroom is available on-site. Guests should plan to remain largely self-contained while additional guest infrastructure is developed.
The property's well water is currently posted as non-potable. Guests should bring their own drinking water or appropriate filtration equipment.
RV hookups are not currently available.
Limited 110V electrical access, Wi-Fi, and garbage service may be available by arrangement and subject to availability.
Wildlife is an important part of the Yonder Hills Oasis experience. Deer are frequently observed on the property, along with a variety of birds and other native species.
Guests should remain aware of their surroundings while exploring the region and respect all wildlife encountered on or near the property.
Guests may have opportunities to participate in seasonal gardening, habitat restoration, conservation projects, and other land stewardship activities. These opportunities vary throughout the year and are subject to availability.
Yonder Hills Oasis is being thoughtfully developed as a place where recreation, conservation, creativity, and community come together. We appreciate guests who share our commitment to stewardship and respect for the land.
